Unrealized draft that has already been approved in terms of content by the art advisory board of the city of Kiel. A red carpet is to be unrolled on the connecting bridge between the Gaarden district and the citycenter. The (sculptural) hanging end of the carpet can be read as a tongue-in-cheek reference to the site-specific situation.
